Our tumbling classes consist of floor and trampoline skills. Our toddler classes are gymnastics based with a big focus on listening skills.
Tumble Tots is a fun and interactive way to learn the foundation of floor skills, strength, flexibility, and coordination. There is basic gymnastics skill incorporation. Parents are welcome to join in on our 45-minute class of fun!
Duration: 45 minutes
Tumble Stars focuses on mastering basic skills, terminology, and strength. We love to challenge the students and introduce solo skills such as cartwheels, pullovers, and handstands. We incorporate some bar and beam events from our gymnastics classes.
Duration: 45 minutes
Jump into our beginner tumbling to master skills such as handstand, cartwheels, and bridges. In this class, we introduce skills such as a backbend kick over, round off, and front walkover drills!
*We trial all new students, age 5 and older, in a beginner class.
Duration: 55 minutes
After mastering the beginner level skills, we go on to learn back walkovers, front walkovers, and back handsprings.
Duration: 55 minutes
Once the tumbler has a back handspring, they are welcome into this challenging class! We work on running and standing tumbling skills such as a standing back tuck and a roundoff back handspring full twist.

Gymnastics is an Olympic sport that competes four events in women's gymnastics: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. We focus on balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and safety.
We start by working on the fundamental shapes and safety drills on each apparatus; safety first! The gymnast will master a handstand, cartwheel, pullover, and bridge kick over before advancing to "Intermediate."
*We trial all new students, age 5 and older, in a beginner class.
Duration: 55 minutes
In this class, they will learn the skills necessary to enter the Advanced Gymnastics Class. Some of these skills are as follows: back hip circle, beam handstand, back handspring, etc.
Duration: 55 minutes
Daytime Class! Friday 2:00pm-2:55pm.
We start by working on the fundamental shapes and safety drills on each apparatus; safety first! The gymnast will master a handstand, cartwheel, pullover, and bridge kick overs. If the student is ready, they will learn the skills necessary to enter the "Pre-Team" Gymnastics Class. Some of these skills are as follows: back hip circle, beam handstand, back handspring, etc. This is a mix of beginner and intermediate levels.
Duration: 55 minutes

Hot Shots: Team training for our littles with no competitions!
Duration: 1 hours, 2 times a week
Teams: Level 1, XCEL Silver, XCEL Gold, and Level 4.
